Would you trust your friends enough to fall straight back into their arms without catching yourself? This week we learned about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and the great trust that they had in God. They loved and trusted God so much and told King Nebuchadnezzar that they would not bow down to his idol. As you can imagine the king was not very happy with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He had his servants throw them into a blazing furnace. The furnace was so hot that the men who threw them in died from the heat. What happened to Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego? As we learned at Camp Character this week, not a single thing! Not one hair on their heads even smelled like smoke. Because they trusted in God, God took care of them.
You can trust God with every need in your life too. Fall back into his arms--he'll be there to catch you!
